General Canada Wide Shipping Terms & Conditions:

By placing an order on our site the purchaser agrees to all conditions described below. BauHound Haus Inc. reserves the right to cancel any purchase made for any reason without explanation.
We currently DO NOT ship any frozen products. If you are outside of our local delivery zones and order frozen foods your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
We DO NOT ship using Canada Post. Because of this we cannot ship to PO boxes. If you are placing an order on our site please provide a full mailing address to ensure prompt processing and shipping of your order.
Any additional shipping charges like address changes, rescheduling fees ect. will be the responsibility of the customer. By making a purchase on our site you agree that should any of these fees be incurred they will be the responsibility of the purchaser and be paid promptly directly to BauHound Haus Inc.
FREE SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
BauHound Haus Inc. offers free shipping on purchases over $100 (before taxes) to most locations across Canada**Some exceptions apply**.
Our Free Shipping does not apply to larger sizes of Ruff Land Kennels or the following locations: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador as well as some parts of Nova Scotia. For details on remote location shipping and shipping of Ruff Land Kennels please see appropriate sections.
Exclusions from Free Shipping:
KIBBLE:
Medium and large bags of kibble are subject to a flat fee $15 per bag shipped. This fee is due to the weight and size kibble bags
REMOTE ADDRESS SHIPPING:
Orders placed from remote locations including Yukon, The Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Newfoundland & Labrador, as well as some parts of Nova Scotia. Remote rural locations in other provinces not mentioned above will also be subject to extended area fees. The fees charged are bases on the size of the package being shipped and the remoteness of the location. We will charge the exact amount we are being billed by the chosen carrier. No Rounding op or up charging.
If you are unsure of whether or not your address will be charged extended area fees please reach out to us at before ordering.
RUFF LAND KENNELS:
We ship Ruff Land Kennels across Canada. However due to the size of these kennels anything over a medium kennel will require an oversized shipping fee.
Backseat Rider and intermediate kennels are $50
Large and X-Large kennels are $75
INSURANCE:
All orders shipped are insured with a value up to $100 of goods. If your order exceeds $100 and you would like to purchase extra insurance please contact us at [email protected] for an accurate quote on additional costs.
