Dandelion greens are high in vitamins A, C, E, and K and also provide the mineral calcium. They also provide some potassium, iron, folate, and magnesium. 

IMPORTANT: Not for use longer than six weeks.

Dandelion root may detoxify the liver and gallbladder. It may reduce the side effects of medications and toxins. Packed full of vitamins and minerals, dandelion may be a great anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory. It may balance the gut biome.
