I love this thing. So does our puppy. I'm terrible at throwing balls any great distance, and with this toy I can easily launch it far into the backyard and our 8 month old pup happily fetches it every time. He even brings it on walks. It's fantastic for tug-of-war, since it gives us plenty of space to stretch it and pull it and doesn't easily allow for accidental nips as our pup tries to get a handle on his side (which sometimes happens with shorter rope or handle toys)
